1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To ensure a successful return, your case must be:

  • Unused and in the same premium condition that you received it.
  • In the original eco-friendly packaging.
  • Accompanied by the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will perform a quality inspection. We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. You will typically receive the funds within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
