At The Bob Vibe, we take pride in our professional fulfillment process. Every organic phone case is individually inspected and eco-responsibly packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons or new collection launches, please allow a slight grace period for our team to ensure every package meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize premium carriers to ensure safe transit:
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
- International Delivery: 10-20 Business Days (Location dependent)
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While we ship from our European hub, The Bob Vibe is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support desk immediately. We request that you retain all eco-friendly packaging materials and provide photos of the damaged goods to expedite your replacement claim.
